Children during this stage of development absorb large amounts of information from the environment through observation and experiences. These formative years lay the foundation for later learning and it is important that a strong foundation is provided for them.

8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Extended Day

Before Care: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

After Care: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Daily Routine

Arrival	8:30 - 8:45
Work Period: Social skills, snack, toilet learning, language development, care of self/environment, outdoor classroom	8:45 - 11:00
Group and transition time for lunch	11:00 - 11:45
Rest and quiet activities	12:45 - 2:30
Dismissal/Transition to After Care	3:00
Afternoon Work Period, snack, music, movement/physical activities, art, outdoor classroom. Dismissal	3:00-5:00

Primary

The Montessori Primary curriculum for children ages three to six years old gives children the opportunity to build their self-confidence, focus, and self-identity through practical life, academic work and social and emotional experience.
