Children during this stage of development absorb large amounts of information from the environment through observation and experiences. These formative years lay the foundation for later learning and it is important that a strong foundation is provided for them.

The Montessori Primary curriculum for children ages three to six years old gives children the opportunity to build their self-confidence, focus, and self-identity through practical life, academic work, and social and emotional experience.
